- 🛡️ All UPS units include a 2-year warranty
How to choose:
• Desktop PC/NAS → 800–1200 VA Line-Interactive, pure sine wave preferred for active PFC PSUs.
• Networking closet → 1000–1500 VA with more IEC outlets & SNMP.
• Servers/rack → 1500–3000 VA Online (double-conversion) + external battery pack if long runtime needed.
Sizing tip: Add up your load in Watts and choose a UPS with at least 25–30% headroom. Example: 420 W PC + 40 W monitor ≈ 460 W → pick ~700 W / 1000 VA UPS.
Runtime basics: Heavier loads shorten runtime—keep only critical devices on battery (PC/NAS/router). For longer backup, choose larger VA/W or a model with external battery modules.
Setup & care: Don’t plug laser printers/heaters into the UPS battery sockets. Test a shutdown once a month, keep vents clear, and replace batteries every 3–5 years (or per UPS alerts). Connect USB/SNMP so your PC/NAS can shut down safely during long outages.
Complete your setup with NAS Storage, and Network Switches.
