  • Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): may be authorized at checkout and captured when your order ships. Some banks capture immediately.
  • AppleĀ Pay / GoogleĀ Pay: fast checkout using your saved card and device verification.
  • PayPal: complete payment in your PayPal account; eligible orders get PayPal purchase protection.
  • Klarna: pay now or split into installments where available (subject to Klarna’s approval and local eligibility).
  • Bancontact: available for Belgium customers via supported banking apps/cards.

Currencies, taxes & security

  • Prices include VAT where applicable. Final tax is shown at checkout.
  • Strong Customer Authentication (SCA): for EEA cards you may be asked to verify via your bank (SMS/app/biometric).
  • Secure checkout: TLS/SSL encryption and fraud screening are used on every order.

Refunds & adjustments

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method once approved (bank processing may take 3–10 business days).
  • Partial refunds are supported for most methods (PayPal/Klarna timing may vary by provider).
  • Pre-authorizations drop automatically if an order is cancelled before capture (visible release time depends on your bank).

Do you charge any payment fees?

No, we don’t add payment surcharges. Your bank may apply currency or international fees if applicable.

When is my card charged?

Most card orders are captured when items are ready to ship. Some providers (e.g., PayPal) capture immediately. You’ll see the final amount at checkout before paying.

Is Klarna available in my country?

Klarna availability depends on your billing country and Klarna’s eligibility checks. If Klarna isn’t shown at checkout, it’s not currently offered for your order.
