How to claim warranty service

  2. Troubleshoot: our team may suggest quick checks or firmware steps to avoid shipping delays.
  3. Ship safely: if return is needed, we will provide a label or reimburse standard tracked shipping (for approved claims). Pack with original or equivalent protection.
  4. Repair/replace: we arrange repair or replacement and return the item to you at no cost.

Manufacturer warranty

Before you send your device

  • Back up data and remove SIM/memory cards. We are not responsible for data loss.
  • Disable screen locks/activation locks (e.g., Apple ID, Google FRP) and sign out of cloud accounts.
