FAQ
When will tracking start showing movement?
Tracking activates after the parcel is scanned by the carrier. It’s normal to see “label created” for 24–48 hours during our 2–3 business day processing window.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
If there’s no update for 3+ business days, contact us with your order number and tracking code. We’ll open a trace with the carrier.
Do delivery estimates include processing time?
Yes. Our delivery windows include both warehouse processing (2–3 business days) and the carrier’s transit time.
