- Processing time: 2–3 business days (picking, packing, handover to carrier).
- EU customs: No duties or customs payments within the European Union—shipments move freely inside the single market.
- Business days: Monday–Friday (local public holidays excluded).

Shipping outside the EU
We can arrange deliveries to select non-EU destinations on request. Please contact us with your items, full address and preferred carrier. We’ll provide options, transit estimates and duties/taxes guidance before you order.
