Welcome to Prime Electronics (the “Store”). By accessing or purchasing from this website you agree to the terms below. These terms are designed for EU consumers and do not limit your statutory rights.

2) Eligibility & scope

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. These terms apply to consumer purchases from the Store. For B2B/wholesale, see Business & Wholesale.

3) Your account

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of your information and keeping credentials secure.
• You can check out as a guest; an account is optional.

4) Orders, pricing & availability

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm acceptance by email when the order is processed.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. If pricing/stock errors occur, we may cancel and refund before dispatch.
• Product photos are illustrative; minor variations may occur. Key specifications are listed on each product page.

5) Payments

We accept the following methods (processed by trusted providers): Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, American Express. Your card/wallet is charged according to the provider’s flow. We do not store full card numbers.

6) Shipping & delivery

• Processing time: 2–3 business days (picking, packing, handover to the carrier).
• Transit time depends on destination and service (e.g., GLS economy, DHL Express). See current windows on our Shipping & Delivery page.
• Delivery estimates include processing + transit. Business days exclude public holidays.
• EU orders ship from within the EU single market — no duties or customs taxes on delivery inside the EU.

7) Right of withdrawal, returns & refunds

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. After notifying us of withdrawal, you have up to 14 days to return the goods. Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories wherever reasonably possible. 8) Warranty & repairs

Most products are covered by an EU 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, alongside your statutory rights. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. For claims, please follow the steps on Warranty & Repairs.

9) VAT, invoices & pricing mistakes

• VAT is displayed at checkout according to your shipping country.
• We provide a digital invoice/receipt. For business invoicing (VAT ID), see Business & Wholesale.
• If a material pricing or description error is identified prior to dispatch, we may cancel and refund, or contact you to confirm the corrected details.

10) Promotions, gift cards & coupons

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.
• Gift cards are non-refundable once issued, except as required by law.

11) Reviews & user content

You may post reviews as long as they’re honest, lawful and not misleading. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

12) Prohibited uses

Do not misuse the Store (e.g., attempt to breach security, submit fraudulent orders, infringe IP rights, or scrape our catalog). We may suspend or cancel orders/accounts in case of suspected abuse or fraud.

13) Liability

We are liable for willful misconduct and gross negligence under applicable law. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for foreseeable losses typical for this type of contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights under EU law.

14) Data protection

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy (GDPR). This includes order processing, fraud prevention, shipping and support.

15) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier disruptions, natural events, regulatory actions).

16) Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (EU), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Estonia or your local EU court. You may also use EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this page applies to new orders from its effective date.
