How to choose: For apartments, pick a multi-tenant IP/SIP system with directory & PoE. For single homes, choose a PoE video doorbell for reliability or a battery/Wi-Fi model for easy install. Match your lock type (strike vs. maglock) and power (PoE/12 V). Add a PoE switch, microSD card, and smart lock/door strike to complete the setup.
