The best games and movies deserve a display that lets you see every detail. That’s why the XREAL XBX A01+ uses a BirdBath optical system and a SeeYa Micro OLED panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1080. A brightness of 1600 nits ensures the image remains vivid, while HDR10 support and a dedicated Image Enhancement Chip deliver even better display quality. Thanks to AI-powered dynamic SDR-to-HDR conversion, even content that wasn’t originally produced in HDR can gain greater detail, better contrast, and more natural tonal transitions. The package is rounded out by 10-bit color depth, a 200,000:1 contrast ratio, and 145% sRGB color gamut coverage, ensuring that both cinematic productions and virtual worlds delight with their rich colors and image depth.

The XREAL XBX A01+ offers a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, ensuring that animations remain smooth even during fast-paced action. The 43 PPD angular resolution translates to high image sharpness, making it easier to spot small details in the environment, while the 50° field of view enhances the sense of immersion in the displayed content. Image distortion is very low, not exceeding 2%, so the displayed view retains its natural geometry across its entire surface. Whether you’re playing mobile games or using a console or computer, these glasses let you focus on the gameplay rather than the limitations of a traditional screen.

A 147-inch screen that fits in a backpack

A large screen offers greater freedom when gaming, watching movies, and working, but it’s not always convenient to have one on hand. The XREAL XBX A01+ solves this problem by projecting a virtual screen with a diagonal of up to 147 inches from a distance of 4 meters. This lets you comfortably watch movies while traveling, work on documents outside the office, or enjoy your favorite game in places where there wasn’t enough space before.

Sound That Complements the Picture

The visual experience deserves an equally refined audio experience. The AAC Surround system and 3D surround sound make movies and games sound even more realistic, allowing you to better feel the atmosphere of every scene. There are four audio modes to choose from: Standard, Cinema, Whisper, and Surround. Phase Cancellation technology reduces sound leakage, so you can use the glasses in public places with greater freedom.

Weighing just 62 g with the front cover (56 g without it), you can easily pack the glasses in your backpack and use them anywhere a traditional monitor or TV wouldn’t be practical. While traveling, comfort is enhanced by the built-in Gimbal Anti-shake feature, which stabilizes the image in unstable environments. This ensures that watching movies, gaming, or working remains enjoyable even while riding a train or bus, or in other places where vibrations might otherwise interfere with your viewing experience.

Tailored to You

Long sessions with a virtual display require a proper fit, which is why the XREAL XBX A01+ offers 3-level temple adjustment and interchangeable nose pads in sizes S, M, and L. The interpupillary distance (IPD) adjustment range of 54.5 to 74.5 mm makes it easy to achieve an optimal image, and a dedicated interface allows for the installation of prescription lenses. Comfort during everyday use is also ensured by PWM dimming at frequencies up to 3840 Hz, as well as TÜV Rheinland 5-Star Eye Comfort and TÜV Low Blue Light & Flicker-Free Certified certifications, which confirm features that enhance visual comfort.

Plug and Play

The XBX A01+ model is compatible with devices supporting USB-C DisplayPort, making it quick to set up and use without complicated configuration. The glasses are ideal for office work, watching movies and TV shows, and gaming on compatible mobile devices, computers, and consoles. They also support 3D mode. The Anchor (3DoF) feature can be used when the glasses are paired with the Beam Pro accessory, sold separately.

Thoughtful Design

The device features a removable front cover with a built-in sun visor, allowing you to adapt your use of the glasses to your surroundings. The design also supports interchangeable decorative elements, allowing you to change the device’s appearance (one starter frame is included; additional variants will be available for purchase separately in the future). The design is complemented by a built-in IMU sensor and a geomagnetic sensor, which support the glasses’ functionality.
