The SmallRig Tablet Mount 2930 is a practical solution for anyone who wants to use their iPad or other tablet as a director’s monitor on a film set. The mount fits tablets with screen sizes ranging from 7.9” to 12.9”, including devices from Samsung, Huawei, and other brands, regardless of whether the tablet has a protective case on or not. The mount is made of durable aluminum alloy and weighs just 184 g, so it doesn’t add extra weight to the camera rig and makes field work easier. Built-in rubber pads protect the tablet’s edges and casing from scratches during installation and removal.

Quick Mounting Thanks to the Arca-Swiss Base

The mount is equipped with an Arca-Swiss standard base with a 1/4” thread, allowing you to instantly attach or detach it from a tripod without the need for additional tools. This solution will be appreciated by anyone who works at a fast pace and frequently changes their equipment setup on set. The quick-release mount guarantees a stable and secure hold throughout use.

Extensive accessory mounting options

Important Compatibility Information

Please note that a 12.9” tablet can only be mounted in landscape orientation. It is also recommended to insert and remove the tablet from the mount carefully to avoid damaging the device. The set includes only the tablet mount itself, with no additional accessories.
