The SUNSUN HW-704A is a high-performance external filter designed for aquariums with a capacity of up to 1,000 liters. With a flow rate of 2,000 L/h and a power rating of 45 W, it effectively maintains high water quality in both freshwater and saltwater tanks. The design is engineered for quiet operation, and rubber vibration-dampening elements help reduce noise generated during operation. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 300 x 300 x 490 mm, the filter can be conveniently placed under or next to the aquarium.

Four-stage filtration for clean and healthy water

The HW-704A model uses a 4-stage filtration system that effectively removes contaminants and helps maintain stable water parameters. The set includes filter sponges, filter floss, ceramic rings, and bio balls. Mechanical filtration traps larger debris and suspended particles, while the biological media provide a large surface area for the growth of beneficial bacteria responsible for breaking down harmful substances. The design of the filter baskets also allows for customizing the cartridges to the specific needs of the aquarium.

Convenient operation and easy maintenance

The filter is equipped with a practical pre-filter that traps larger debris before it reaches the main filter media. This solution extends the service life of the remaining cartridges and facilitates maintenance of the entire system. The built-in manual pump allows you to quickly fill the filter before starting it, and the multifunctional valve with a quick-connect fitting enables you to disconnect the hoses without having to drain them. Additionally, the 360° rotatable hose connections facilitate installation and positioning of the unit even in confined spaces.

Efficient operation in various conditions

The SUNSUN HW-704A is equipped with a pump featuring a ceramic shaft, which is distinguished by its durability and resistance to long-term operation. The maximum lift height is 2.5 m, ensuring efficient water circulation even in larger aquarium setups. The unit operates at temperatures ranging from 4°C to 35°C and has an IPX4 waterproof rating. Its suitability for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums makes this filter ideal for a wide variety of tank setups.
