SONOFF ZigBee TRVZB Thermostatic Head, 2-Pack
The SONOFF TRVZB is a smart ZigBee thermostatic head that allows you to conveniently manage the temperature in individual rooms and better control energy consumption. The device supports automatic and manual modes, heating schedules, open-window detection, and a freeze protection feature. Thanks to integration with popular smart home systems, you can control your heating from a smartphone, tablet, computer, or central control panel, no matter where you are.
Remote Control and Schedules
The TRVZB allows for convenient heating management via an app available on smartphones, tablets, and computers. From the interface, you can check the current temperature, heating status, and battery level, as well as set the desired operating temperature. The thermostat also allows you to create detailed heating schedules for each day of the week, automatically lowering the temperature when you’re away and raising it before you return home, which improves comfort and helps reduce energy consumption.
Energy Savings and Individual Control
The open-window detection feature automatically turns off the heating when it detects a sudden drop in temperature, reducing energy loss during ventilation. The thermostat also allows for independent temperature control in each room, enabling you to set different parameters for the living room, bedroom, children’s room, or home office. This makes it easier to enhance the comfort of household members and avoid overheating unused rooms.
Smart Scenes and Group Control
The TRVZB can work with temperature and humidity sensors, using their readings as a reference temperature to control heating. It also supports smart automation scenes with other smart home devices, such as modules that control the heating source. Additionally, it allows you to group multiple thermostatic valves, so you can manage heating in multiple rooms simultaneously with a single command—for example, by switching all radiators to frost protection mode.
Wide Compatibility and Home Assistant
The TRVZB works with SONOFF ZBBridge-P, ZBBridge-U, NSPanel Pro, and iHost gateways, as well as the Zigbee2MQTT platform. All key features, such as schedules, temperature calibration, open-window detection, parental controls, operation history, and OTA updates, are available on compatible systems. The thermostat can also be integrated with Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQTT, providing access to temperature control, operating modes, parental controls, temperature calibration, freeze protection, battery level monitoring, and device operation history.
Comfort, Safety, and Operating History
The TRVZB offers a parental lock to prevent accidental changes to settings, automatic calibration to ensure proper valve operation, and a freeze protection feature that automatically activates heating at low temperatures, protecting the heating system from damage. The device also records historical data on temperature and preset settings, displaying them on an hourly, daily, and monthly basis, which facilitates the analysis of the heating system’s operation and the optimization of heating schedules.
