SmallRig 2903C Monitor Mount
The SmallRig 2903C is an adjustable mount designed for 5- and 7-inch monitors, as well as other photography and film accessories. It allows for 360° rotation and up to 180° tilt, so you can comfortably position the screen at the right angle while recording. The model features a bottom ARRI 3/8"-16 mount with positioning pins and a top 1/4"-20 screw, allowing you to mount a monitor, microphone, light, or other compatible accessory.
Adjustable Damping and Durable Mechanism
The mechanism’s resistance can be adjusted independently for the pan and tilt axes, allowing you to tailor the mount’s operation to the weight of the attached equipment. The tilt axis is adjusted using a knob, while the 360° pan resistance can be set using an Allen wrench.
Protection against monitor rotation
The top surface of the mount features spring-loaded positioning pins that work with devices mounted using a 1/4"-20 screw, including the Atomos Ninja V and Ninja V+ monitors. The pins limit the rotation of the mounted equipment, and a silicone pad further improves stability and protects the equipment’s surface from scratches. The lower ARRI 3/8"-16 mount, on the other hand, is designed to attach the mount to compatible camera cages, top plates, handles, and other components equipped with corresponding mounting holes.
Compact design and additional mounting options
The SmallRig 2903C is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, so the unit weighs approximately 92 g and does not significantly add weight to your film rig. The bottom features additional 1/4"-20 threaded holes that allow you to attach accessories such as a Magic Arm, enabling you to expand your setup with additional gear. The slots in the knurled screws allow for the use of an Allen wrench during assembly and disassembly, making it easier to securely tighten the components.
