NEEWER FS150B Bi-Color LED Video Light
The Neewer FS150B is a compact 130 W Bi-Color COB LED studio light that delivers a maximum light intensity of 72,000 lux at a distance of 1 m when used with a reflector. The adjustable color temperature range from 2,700 K to 6,500 K allows you to conveniently tailor the light to the nature of the scene being filmed or photographed, while the CRI of 97+ and TLCI of 98+ ensure accurate color reproduction. The model weighs 1.7 kg and is ideal for portrait photography, recording interviews, creating content for YouTube and TikTok, live streaming, video production, and studio work, among other applications.
Smooth brightness control with PWM technology
PWM technology allows for precise brightness control in the range of 0 to 100% with 1% accuracy. Four dimming curves are available: exponential, logarithmic, S-curve, and linear, allowing you to tailor the light intensity to your specific application. Such a wide range of adjustment makes it easy to provide subtle scene illumination as well as to use the lamp’s full power when intense light is needed.
From Warm to Cool Light
The color temperature range of 2700–6500 K allows you to achieve both warm and cool lighting without the need for an additional light source. This makes it easier to adapt the lamp to existing conditions, the nature of the scene, or the desired visual effect. High CRI 97+ and TLCI 98+ ratings help preserve the natural colors of photographed and filmed subjects.
12 Scene Effects
The FS150B offers 12 lighting effects that allow you to add variety to your recordings and achieve distinctive lighting changes without manually adjusting each parameter. Available modes include Lightning, Paparazzi, Defective Bulb, Explosion, Welding, CCT Flash, CCT Pulse, Candlelight, CCT Loop, INT Loop, TV, and Fireworks. Thanks to these modes, the light can also be used to create more dynamic and creative scenes.
Wireless Control via the App
The lamp’s settings can be controlled using the NEEWER mobile app, available for iOS and Android devices. This solution allows you to conveniently change settings without having to walk over to the light every time. It is particularly practical when working with a complex lighting setup or when the light source is out of the operator’s immediate reach.
2.4G System for Controlling Multiple Lights
The built-in 2.4G wireless system supports channels CH00–CH99 and enables group control of compatible models. The system has a range of up to 15 m, which makes it easier to work in a larger studio or on a film set. Once the lights are set to the same channel, changes to the settings of one unit can be applied to the other connected light sources as well.
Bowens mount for greater flexibility
The standard Bowens mount allows for the use of compatible light modifiers, such as softboxes, spotlights, and beauty dishes. This enables you to tailor the lighting characteristics to the type of content being produced and achieve a properly shaped light beam. As a result, the FS150B can be used for both simple shoots and more complex studio setups.
Quiet and Automatic Cooling
The light is equipped with a fan that dissipates heat and adjusts its operation based on the unit’s current temperature. At full speed, the noise level is below 25 dB when measured from a distance of 1 m. The low noise level of the cooling system is particularly important when recording interviews, broadcasts, and other content that includes audio.
AC Power or V-Mount Battery
The FS150B can operate using an AC adapter, allowing it to be used during longer studio sessions. It also supports power from a V-Mount battery (sold separately), which provides greater flexibility when working away from a power outlet. The XLR connector features a locking mechanism that prevents the cable from accidentally coming loose and helps maintain a stable power supply to the lamp.
