One-touch automatic pressing

The HTVRONT A300 Auto is equipped with an automatic lowering and lifting function for the heating plate. A single touch of the screen is all it takes for the device to automatically start the pressing process and apply the appropriate pressure. One of the most important elements of an effective transfer is proper pressure. The A300 model generates pressure exceeding 80 kg, ensuring that designs are evenly transferred to the fabric surface. Mode A has been optimized for heat transfer films, while Mode B is designed for embroidered patches. You can also customize the operating parameters yourself within a temperature range of 40°C to 210°C and a time range of 1 to 999 seconds, allowing you to precisely adjust the settings to the specific material and decoration technique.

Two molds for different types of hats

The set includes two interchangeable bases designed for use with different cap styles. The larger mold, measuring 8 × 15 cm, is pre-installed in the device, while the smaller one, measuring 7 × 17 cm, is included in the package. Switching takes just a few seconds—simply remove one mold and snap the other into place. This allows you to quickly adapt the device to your current project without unnecessary downtime.
