The DDPAI N5 Dual 2026 dash cam is a two-camera system that records footage from both the front and rear of the vehicle. The front camera records in 4K resolution with HDR, while the rear camera offers Full HD 1080p resolution, allowing the device to document events from both sides of the vehicle. The model is also equipped with an F1.8 lens with a 143° field of view, a 3-axis G-sensor, a GNSS module, 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, and support for microSD cards with capacities up to 512 GB. Additionally, the dashcam offers ADAS features and parking monitoring, and the use of a supercapacitor allows it to operate across a wide temperature range.

The DDPAI N5 Dual 2026 front camera uses a GC8613 sensor and supports 4K recording at 30 or 25 frames per second with HDR. The high resolution captures a wealth of detail in front of the vehicle, while HDR helps produce clearer footage in scenes that include both bright and dark areas. The rear camera, equipped with an SC223A sensor, records in 1080p resolution at 25 fps, providing additional coverage of what’s happening behind the vehicle. The front camera’s F1.8 lens and 143° field of view allow it to capture a wide section of the road and its surroundings.

AI.265 Encoding and Fast Connectivity

Recordings are saved in the popular MP4 format, and the DDPAI N5 Dual 2026 supports both AI.265 and H.264 video encoding. The dashcam is compatible with microSD cards with capacities up to 512 GB, providing the storage space needed for footage recorded by the front and rear cameras. Wi-Fi 6 connectivity operating in the 5 GHz band enables wireless communication with compatible devices. The model also supports Bluetooth, further expanding the available wireless connectivity options.

ADAS, GNSS, and Parking Monitoring

The DDPAI N5 Dual 2026 offers ADAS features, including a forward collision warning and a driver fatigue alert. The built-in GNSS module supports GPS, BDS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and QZSS systems, enabling the use of location data. The dashcam also supports 24/7 parking monitoring, collision detection, and radar-based parking mode. The device’s capabilities can be further expanded with an optional constant power supply kit, an IPS energy management system, a 4G module, and a radar module.

Supercapacitor and Wide Temperature Range

The DDPAI N5 Dual 2026 is equipped with a supercapacitor and can operate at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C, making it well-suited for the varying conditions inside a vehicle. The device’s storage temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C. The dashcam measures 102 × 62.5 × 31.3 mm and weighs 162.4 g.
