How to choose: • EDC/pocket → 500–1,000 lm, 1×AA/14500 or 1×18650, clip + lockout. • Camping/utility → high-CRI neutral/warm light, flood beam, magnetic tail + USB-C charging. • Search/long range → “thrower” with larger head/reflector and 1×21700 or 2×18650. • Tactical → tail switch with momentary, aggressive knurling, quick strobe, robust holster. • Hands-free → choose a light with magnet/clip
Battery tips: Use protected, quality Li-ion cells; match the cell size (18650/21700) and polarity to the model. Avoid mixing old/new cells. Charge with the supplied USB-C cable or a reputable charger and never leave charging unattended.
Safety & care: Don’t shine in eyes or at traffic; enable electronic/physical lockout in pockets. Keep threads O-ringed and lightly lubricated, clean contacts occasionally, and rinse/air-dry after rain or salt exposure.
