UNI-T UT07B-EU power outlet tester
The UNI-T UT07B-EU mains socket tester is an expanded version of the UT07A-EU model, which, in addition to standard cable diagnostics, also offers a built-in residual current device (RCD). Thanks to this, the device not only detects irregularities in the wiring of the installation, but also allows you to check the effectiveness of the electric shock protection.
Built-in RCD test - greater safety
The most important difference in the UT07B-EU model is the presence of an RCD test function. The device generates a leakage current of about 30 mA, which allows you to check whether the residual current circuit breaker is working properly. This is especially important in new installations, where the RCD is the primary element of protection against electric shock.
Quick diagnostics of installation errors
The UT07B-EU makes it possible to detect common faults, such as the absence of a neutral or protective conductor, the swapping of phase and neutral wires, as well as incorrect ground connections. Thanks to clear light indications, the user immediately knows what problem he is dealing with.
Operating voltage and frequency
The tester operates at 230 V and a frequency of 50-60 Hz, i.e. fully in accordance with European power grid standards. This makes it suitable for most installations found in homes, offices or workshops.
