Shelly SSR Dual-Channel Module – Accessory for The Pill

Expand the capabilities of The Pill by Shelly with the SSR Add-on module, which allows for independent control of two DC loads with a voltage of up to 30 V and a current of up to 300 mA per channel. The use of galvanically isolated solid-state relays ensures reliable and silent switching, increasing the safety of connected equipment. This is a practical solution for controlling lighting, fans, and other DC-powered devices. Note: A 5-terminal Add-on is required to connect the module to The Pill by Shelly; it is sold separately.

Independent control of two DC loads

The module is equipped with two SSR outputs labeled LOAD1 and LOAD2, which allow for the independent control of two devices simultaneously. Each channel supports loads up to 30 V DC and 300 mA, providing flexibility during the construction and expansion of automation systems. Thanks to the use of solid-state relays, switching is efficient, safe, and silent. The module is also equipped with an IO3 port operating at a logic level of 3.3 V. It can be configured as a digital input or digital output, which increases the flexibility of the device’s use in various applications. Additionally, optional 5V and GND terminals are available, as well as an interface enabling connection to the 5-Terminal Add-on required for compatibility with The Pill by Shelly.

Compact design and easy integration

The module stands out with its small dimensions of just 36 × 31 × 11.5 mm and a weight of 12 g, making it easy to mount even in confined spaces. A 5-Terminal Add-on, sold separately, is required to connect to The Pill by Shelly. Low power consumption of less than 0.6 W further supports the energy-efficient operation of the entire system.
