The robot easily navigates thresholds and carpets, and the VersaLift system allows it to clean even under low furniture. Hygiene is ensured by the ThermoHub™ station, which cleans the pads with hot water, while three separate cleaning solution tanks allow you to tailor the cleaning process to various needs—from odor neutralization to the care of hardwood floors. At the heart of the system is a modern docking station that holds up to three pairs of mops with different properties. The robot can independently recognize the type of room and automatically select the appropriate cleaning head. It uses one mop in the living room, another in the kitchen, and yet another in the bathroom—all to ensure that cleaning is as effective and hygienic as possible. Thanks to this, you no longer have to manually change the accessories, as the Matrix10 Ultra performs this task entirely on its own. This makes cleaning convenient and fast.

Mop pads ready for any challenge

Exceptional mopping performance is ensured by thermal pads, which maintain a constant temperature above 40°C thanks to the use of phase-change materials. The hot surface not only makes it easier to remove tough stains but also reduces bacterial growth in damp areas. Pads with nylon bristles can handle even greasy, dried-on stains on the kitchen floor while remaining gentle on surfaces. In the bathroom, on the other hand, an absorbent mop with a built-in sponge layer works best. Its job is to quickly absorb excess water, which prevents bacterial growth and keeps floors perfectly clean and dry. When used with a deodorizing agent, the robot effectively neutralizes unpleasant odors and keeps your entire home smelling fresh.

A Perfect Fit for Any Surface

The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is equipped with unique Omni-Scrub pads that automatically adjust their angle to adhere even more closely to the floor. This allows the robot to easily handle uneven surfaces, rough tiles, or textured floors. A pressure of 8N, combined with a speed of 165 rotations per minute, ensures effective removal of both fresh and dried-on stains. What’s more, the mop-lifting system allows the robot to smoothly navigate thresholds and adapt to slight variations in floor level.

Effortless navigation over thresholds and carpets

One of the Matrix10 Ultra’s greatest strengths is its ability to handle obstacles. The robot is equipped with innovative, foldable legs and movable arms near the drive wheels, which allow it to navigate thresholds up to 4.2 cm high and even double steps up to 8 cm high. This allows it to move freely throughout the entire home without needing to be carried by hand. The use of the Triple-Wheel AgiLift™ chassis allows the robot to easily cross standard thresholds and navigate narrow passages between rooms, maneuver between furniture legs, and effortlessly overcome double thresholds up to 30 mm high. When cleaning carpets, it automatically lifts 11 mm, allowing it to effectively vacuum deep fibers without the risk of getting them wet.

It cleans where others can’t reach

The robot is equipped with the revolutionary VersaLift system featuring an automatic, extendable, and retractable DToF sensor. In spacious rooms, it raises the sensor to fully scan its surroundings in a 360° range and instantly plan its cleaning route. However, when it encounters low sofas or beds, the mechanism retracts immediately, reducing the device’s height to just 89 mm. In such conditions, the robot relies on additional AI cameras with LEDs, which allow it to create a 3D image of its surroundings and move freely where other devices simply come to a halt.

It handles every type of debris

The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is designed to handle both fine dust and larger debris. A unique brush made of rubber and soft nylon hugs the floor tightly, collecting dust from the tiniest crevices, while its second brush—made entirely of flexible TPU—effectively lifts larger debris from carpets, including pet hair, paper scraps, or cat litter. The suction power reaches up to 30,000 Pa, allowing it to effortlessly handle even the most challenging dirt. Despite such powerful performance, the robot operates surprisingly quietly—the device’s components have undergone special sound-dampening treatment, and its effectiveness has been confirmed by the TÜV “Low Noise Cleaning” certification.

Always Clean Pads Thanks to ThermoHub™

The base station, equipped with the ThermoHub™ system, cleans the mop pads with hot water at temperatures of up to 100°C. This process takes place in several stages—first, a heating element raises the water temperature; then, twenty nozzles spray the pads, which are thoroughly cleaned on a special grater as they spin rapidly. Finally, dirt is removed through an additional suction port, leaving the entire unit hygienically clean. Importantly, the system automatically lowers the temperature once cleaning is complete, ensuring the station remains safe for children and pets while minimizing the risk of burns.

The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra also stands out with its unique system of three separate tanks for different cleaning solutions. Choose between a liquid to remove unpleasant pet odors, a formula for caring for hardwood floors, and a universal cleaner for daily use. This solution allows you to flexibly tailor the cleaning mode to your needs. You can also decide how often to use each solution—from regular use to more frequent application when cleaning with mops—giving you full control over your cleaning routine.
