The HYPERSHELL X Pro S is a state-of-the-art exoskeleton designed to assist with movement, specifically for active individuals, trekking enthusiasts, and users who cover long distances on foot. The device uses two motors with a combined power of up to 800 W and a maximum torque of 18 N·m, allowing it to reduce the user’s load by up to 30 kg. The intelligent HyperIntuition system analyzes movement in real time and adjusts the level of assistance to the user’s gait, providing natural support without any noticeable delays. The 72 Wh battery allows for a range of up to 17.5 km in Eco mode, and the maximum assisted speed is 20 km/h. The lightweight design weighs just 1.8 kg net, while the total weight of the device ready for use, including the battery, is 2.6 kg. When folded, the exoskeleton takes up only 6.5 L of space, making it easy to transport and store.

HyperIntuition Smart System

The greatest advantage of the HYPERSHELL X Pro S model is the use of proprietary HyperIntuition technology, which analyzes the user’s movement and predicts their next steps. The system operates in real time, responding to changes in pace, direction, and intensity of movement. As a result, assistance is provided exactly when needed, and the user does not feel that the device is operating artificially. This results in more natural movement, reduced muscle fatigue, and greater freedom when navigating challenging terrain.

Effective Load Relief While Walking and Running

Two powerful motors deliver up to 800 W of power, supporting leg movement across varied terrain. The exoskeleton helps reduce the effort required for long walks, uphill climbs, and navigating stairs. The maximum load reduction is equivalent to up to 30 kg of additional weight, which can significantly improve comfort while trekking with a heavy backpack. The device provides active support at speeds of up to 20 km/h, making it ideal for faster walking and running as well.

10 Smart Assistance Modes

The HYPERSHELL X Pro S is equipped with ten adaptive operating modes that automatically adjust the type of assistance to your current activity. The system recognizes, among other things, walking, brisk walking, running, stair climbing, ascents, descents, and movement over more challenging terrain. A cyclic motion mode is also available, which supports repetitive leg movements and allows the device’s operation to be even better tailored to the user’s gait. Thanks to automatic motion analysis, there is no need to constantly adjust settings, which enhances comfort during outdoor use.

Comfortable to wear for many hours

The exoskeleton’s design was developed with long-term use in mind. The combination of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and carbon-fiber-reinforced PA612 plastic ensures high durability while maintaining a low weight. The nylon support elements ensure comfort and a good fit. The extremely lightweight mechanical structure weighs just 1.8 kg, while the total weight of the device when ready for use is only 2.6 kg, ensuring the user does not feel an excessive load even during expeditions lasting many hours.

Long Range and Convenient Charging

The 72 Wh battery allows you to travel up to 17.5 km in energy-saving Eco mode, providing support for most day-long activities. The manufacturer has included a feature that allows the battery to be charged separately from the device, which increases convenience and reduces the time needed to prepare the equipment for the next trip.

These compact dimensions make it easy to carry the device in your luggage or stow it in a larger hiking backpack. When unfolded, the exoskeleton measures 430 × 600 × 125 mm, ensuring full functionality and freedom of movement during use.
