Instant Heating and Stable Temperature

The FNIRSI DWS-200F offers up to 200 W of power, allowing it to reach operating temperature instantly. It takes only about one second to heat the tip, and the solder melts in about three seconds, which significantly streamlines even the most demanding tasks. A precise PID algorithm is responsible for maintaining the set temperature; it constantly analyzes operating parameters and automatically adjusts them. The temperature range from 100°C to 450°C allows you to easily adjust settings for various types of electronic components and solder alloys, and the ability to quickly switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit enhances user convenience.

Easy-to-read display and smart features

The station is equipped with a 2.8-inch HD TFT color display that provides a clear overview of all key operating parameters. You can choose from three display modes: the temperature value alone, a dynamic graph showing temperature changes, or a combination of both views. The device continuously monitors temperature and power, allowing you to keep a constant eye on the operation. There are also three factory-preset temperature settings (150°C, 330°C, and 450°C) that allow you to instantly switch between the most commonly used values.

Ease of use and greater durability

The DWS-200F model is equipped with a feature that automatically puts the unit into sleep mode when the soldering iron is placed on its stand. This feature reduces unnecessary heating of the tip, minimizes wear, and helps extend its service life. The device also incorporates a range of safety features, such as protection against electrostatic discharge and short-circuit protection, enhancing the safety of both the station itself and the components being soldered. The wide voltage range of 100 to 240 V allows you to use the device in various conditions without the need for additional adapters.

Wide Compatibility and Practical Features

The station is compatible with the F210 and F245 soldering irons, allowing you to easily tailor the configuration to the type of work you’re performing. The station features a new 7-pin interface instead of the previous 5-pin one, which improves connection stability, signal transmission quality, and compatibility with a wider range of applications. However, please note that the new interface is not compatible with older models. The set also includes a functional metal stand with an adjustable container, an opening for quick tip removal, storage slots, a wire brush, a connection cable, and a holder for the flask tube, creating a convenient and well-organized workstation.
