The ENGWE O20 Boost is a folding electric bike that combines the comfort of a full-size design with the convenience of storage and transport. It is equipped with a 250 W motor generating 75 Nm of torque and a 48 V 15 Ah LG battery with a capacity of 720 Wh, which allows you to travel up to 141 km on a single charge. A front suspension fork with 50 mm of travel, 20-inch puncture-resistant tires, and 5-level pedal assist make the bike well-suited for both daily commutes to work and weekend trips out of town. The foldable design makes it easy to transport the bike in a car trunk and store it at home or in an apartment.

Power That Makes Every Ride Easier

The 48-volt hub motor delivers 75 Nm of torque, allowing the bike to accelerate smoothly and helping you tackle hills without excessive effort. The torque sensor precisely adjusts the level of assistance based on the force applied to the pedals, ensuring a natural riding experience. There are 5 levels of assistance to choose from, allowing you to tailor the bike’s performance to the conditions and your personal preferences.

Long Range and Fast Charging

The 720 Wh LG battery is equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS), which ensures safety and optimal cell performance. Depending on the assist level, the bike can achieve a range of up to 141 km in PAS 1 mode, up to 108 km in PAS 3 mode, and up to 80 km in PAS 5 mode. The 54.6 V 4 A charger allows the battery to be fully charged in about 3.5 hours, so the bike is quickly ready for its next ride.

A comfortable ride on various surfaces

The lockable hydraulic front suspension with 50 mm of travel effectively absorbs bumps, improving ride comfort on city streets, gravel roads, and bike paths. The 20" × 2.125" puncture-resistant urban hybrid tires increase stability and handling confidence, while also improving shock absorption when riding on less even surfaces. The bike is well-suited for asphalt roads, bike paths, country roads, paved trails, as well as sandy and grassy sections.

Folding Design

The compact, folding frame made of 6061 aluminum alloy allows you to quickly fold the bike and easily transport it by car or store it in a limited space. Folding pedals and a folding stem further reduce the space it takes up. The center stand ensures stable parking, and the quick-release seatpost clamp allows you to adjust the saddle height in an instant without tools.

Reliable Shimano components

The Shimano Altus 8-speed drivetrain, featuring the RD-M310 rear derailleur and SL-M315-8R shifter, enables smooth gear changes and allows you to comfortably adjust your riding pace to the terrain. The 8-speed 13T-28T cassette provides an appropriate gear range for riding on flat trails and climbs. Hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors front and rear provide effective braking and greater control over the bike while riding.

Modern Features and User-Friendly Operation

A 3.5" color LCD display, centrally mounted on the handlebars, shows key riding information and supports Bluetooth connectivity. The bike is compatible with the ENGWE APP, providing convenient access to additional features. A built-in slot for an Mtag tracker, compatible with iOS and Android systems, helps you monitor the bike’s location. Certified 40 Lux front lighting and a K-Mark rear light enhance safety when riding after dark.

Practical features for everyday use

The bike is equipped with a rear rack with a maximum load capacity of 15 kg, a comfortable soft saddle, and a 620 mm-wide handlebar that ensures stable handling. The frame can withstand a load of up to 150 kg, making it ideal for daily commutes, shopping trips, and recreational rides. Water protection features include IPX7-rated wiring and components protected to IPX4–IPX6 standards.
