​​The Dreame Robotic Lawn Mower A2 is an advanced robotic lawn mower introduced by Dreame in March 2025. Building upon the features of its predecessor, the A1, the A2 incorporates several enhancements aimed at providing efficient and precise lawn care.

• OmniSense™ 2.0 Navigation System: Combining a 3D LiDAR sensor with a 1080p HDR camera, the A2 offers a detection range of up to 70 meters. This system allows the mower to navigate complex garden layouts and avoid obstacles such as garden tools, hoses, and small animals like hedgehogs. ​
• EdgeMaster™ Cutting System: This innovative feature enables the mower's blade to extend sideways, trimming grass up to 5 cm from edges. It effectively handles uneven boundaries and provides a clean finish without the need for manual edging. ​
• Enhanced Climbing Ability: Equipped with a hub motor, the A2 can tackle slopes with a gradient of up to 50% (26.5°), ensuring stable and efficient mowing on hilly terrains. ​
• Customizable Mowing Zones: Users can define multiple mowing zones and set specific parameters such as mowing height, direction, and efficiency for each zone via the Dreamehome app. The mower automatically transitions between these zones, optimizing performance. ​
• No Boundary Wire Installation: The A2 utilizes advanced mapping technology to sense lawn boundaries automatically, eliminating the need for physical boundary wires or RTK stations, simplifying the setup process. ​
• A2 enhances its environmental awareness by integrating a 3D high-precision LiDAR sensor with a front-facing camera utilizing advanced visual intelligence algorithms. This combination allows A2 to automatically navigate and position itself across yards as large as 3,000m², instantly constructing 3D maps for efficient and effortless mowing
