Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is a real breakthrough in home cleaning - the intelligent station itself selects the right mopping pads for the type of room, and their various variants deal with both greasy stains in the kitchen, moisture in the bathroom, and everyday dirt in the living room. The unique Omni-Scrub pads adapt perfectly to any surface, while the powerful suction power and specially designed brushes effectively collect dust, dander and larger debris, while remaining extremely quiet. The robot easily crosses thresholds and carpets, and the VersaLift system allows it to clean even under low furniture. Hygiene is ensured by the ThermoHub™ station, which cleans pads with hot water, and three separate cleaning fluid tanks allow you to customize the cleaning process for different needs - from neutralizing odors to caring for wood floors. It's a smart, versatile and maintenance-free solution that guarantees perfect cleanliness throughout the home.

Smart station with automatic mop replacement

At the heart of the system is a state-of-the-art docking station that holds up to three pairs of mops with different properties. The robot can independently recognize the type of room and automatically adjust the appropriate cleaning tip. It uses a different mop in the living room, another in the kitchen and another in the bathroom - all in order to make cleaning as efficient and hygienic as possible. As a result, you no longer need to manually change accessories, as the Matrix10 Ultra performs this activity completely on its own. This makes cleaning convenient and fast.

Mopping pads ready for any challenge

Exceptional mopping efficiency is ensured by the thermal mopping pads, which maintain a constant temperature above 40°C thanks to the use of phase-changing materials. The hot surface not only makes it easier to remove tough dirt, but also reduces bacterial growth in wet areas. Pads with nylon bristles can even cope with greasy, dried stains on the kitchen floor, while remaining gentle on the surface. In the bathroom, on the other hand, an absorbent mop with a built-in sponge layer will work best. Its job is to quickly absorb excess water, preventing bacteria and keeping floors perfectly clean and dry. Combined with a deodorizing agent, the robot effectively neutralizes unpleasant odors and ensures freshness throughout the house.

Perfect fit for any surface

The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is equipped with unique Omni-Scrub pads, which automatically adjust the angle of the tilt to make it adhere even better to the floor. This makes it easy for the robot to tackle uneven surfaces, rough tiles or floors with a noticeable texture. The 8N pressure combined with a speed of 165 revolutions per minute ensures effective removal of stains, both fresh and dried. What's more, the mop's lift system allows it to smoothly negotiate thresholds and accommodate slight differences in floor level.

Effortless traversing of thresholds and carpets

One of the Matrix10 Ultra's greatest strengths is its ability to tackle obstacles. The robot is equipped with innovative folding legs and movable arms at the drive wheels, which allow it to overcome thresholds up to 4.2 cm high and even double steps up to 8 cm high. This allows it to move freely around the house without the need for manual handling. Using the Triple-Wheel AgiLift™ chassis, the robot easily crosses standard thresholds and narrow passageways between rooms, manages to pass between furniture legs, and easily overcomes double thresholds up to 30 mm high. When cleaning carpets, it automatically lifts 11 mm, allowing it to effectively vacuum deep fibers without getting them wet.

It cleans where others can't reach

The robot is equipped with the revolutionary VersaLift system with an automatic, extendable and retractable DToF sensor. In spacious rooms, it lifts the sensor to fully scan its surroundings in 360° and instantly plan its cleaning route. However, when it gets under low sofas or beds, the mechanism immediately retracts, reducing the height of the device to just 89 mm. In such conditions, the robot is supported by additional AI cameras with LEDs, which enable it to create a 3D image of its surroundings and move freely where other devices simply stop.

It can handle any contamination

The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is designed to handle both fine dust and larger debris. A unique brush made of rubber and soft nylon adheres precisely to the floor, picking up dust from the smallest crevices, while its second brush made entirely of flexible TPU plastic effectively lifts larger dirt from carpets, including hair, papers or cat litter. The suction power reaches as high as 30,000 Pa, allowing it to handle even the most demanding dirt with ease. Despite such powerful power, the robot works surprisingly quietly - the elements of the device have undergone a special soundproofing treatment, and the effectiveness has been confirmed by the TÜV "Low Noise Cleaning" certificate.

Always clean pads thanks to ThermoHub™

The base station equipped with the ThermoHub™ system cleans the mopping pads with hot water at temperatures as high as 100°C. The process takes place in several stages - first, a heating element raises the temperature of the water, then twenty nozzles spray the pads, which are thoroughly cleaned on a special grater in a rapid rotation. Finally, the dirt is removed through an additional suction port, and the whole thing remains hygienically clean. Importantly, the system automatically lowers the temperature after cleaning, so the station remains safe for children and pets, minimizing the risk of burns.

Intelligent adjustment of cleaning products

The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is also distinguished by a unique system of three separate tanks for different cleaning solutions. Choose between a pet odor remover, a wood floor conditioner and an all-purpose cleaner for everyday cleaning. This solution allows you to flexibly adjust the cleaning mode to your needs. You can also decide how often to use each liquid - from regular mode to more frequent use when mopping - giving you full control over how you clean.
