ANCEL JC200 Motorcycle Fuel Injector Cleaning Device

The ANCEL JC200 is a compact device for diagnosing and cleaning motorcycle fuel injectors. It is compatible with 6V and 12V Top-Feed MPI injectors. The device uses microprocessor technology to simulate various engine operating conditions and offers a number of useful features, such as a uniformity test, a leak test, and atomization observation. A digital display, a speed range from 100 to 9,900 rpm, and power from a 12 V DC car battery make the device convenient to use both in the workshop and in the field.

Injection Uniformity Test and Fuel Atomization Observation

The device allows for conducting an injection uniformity test and offers an atomization observation feature, which, thanks to its backlight, enables precise control of fuel atomization quality. All of this helps to detect injector-related malfunctions more quickly.

Leak testing and injection volume measurement

The ANCEL JC200 also supports leak testing, which enables the detection of injector leaks under operating pressure. Additionally, an injection volume check function is available, which allows you to verify the amount of fuel delivered by the injector under specific operating conditions. This enables the user to more quickly assess the condition of fuel system components and detect any potential problems.

Stable operating pressure and 12 V power supply

The device uses compressed air to force the test fluid through the system, which helps maintain stable operating pressure and ensures consistent test conditions. A constant oil pressure of 1.2–1.5 bar improves the repeatability of measurements during diagnostics. Furthermore, powering the device from a 12 V DC car battery makes it more portable and offers greater flexibility in use.

Convenient Operation

The JC200 model is equipped with a visual fluid level indicator, which makes it easy to monitor the amount of test fluid during operation. The test fluid can also be recycled. Interchangeable composite connectors allow the device to work with various types of motorcycle fuel injectors, and the bright backlight clearly displays the different states of the fuel system.
